Objective

Trident Realty planned to introduce The 24, an ultra luxury residential development featuring only 24 exclusive residences in Raipur. Each residence offered approximately 10,000 sq. ft. carpet area with 5 BHK layouts including a family lounge, study and servant room.

Given the significantly higher price point of ₹3.5 Cr to ₹4.5 Cr compared to existing residential offerings in Raipur, the objective was to position the project as an aspirational address meant for a very select audience while establishing Trident Realty as a premium developer in the city.

To support the premium positioning, we developed the brand narrative “Trident Realty – Developing Spaces for the Few.”

Rooted In Raipur

The communication highlighted exclusivity, scale and refined living while maintaining a strong connection with the city of Raipur. Through culturally inspired storytelling and regional narratives, we ensured that while the project represented luxury, the brand still felt rooted in the local identity.

This balance between exclusivity and familiarity helped position The 24 as both aspirational and authentic.

  • Brochures & Collaterals: Developed a detailed project brochure along with a separate brochure for The 24 Club, highlighting lifestyle amenities and luxury features.

  • Immersive Digital Experience: Created a 360° interactive virtual tour allowing potential buyers to explore the expansive residences digitally.

  • Social Media Management: Managed social media platforms through curated creatives, reels and video content highlighting the project, lifestyle and brand narrative.

  • Cultural Storytelling: Produced content inspired by the culture and significance of Raipur to build familiarity, culminating with the brand message “Trident Realty – Rooted in Raipur.”
