Objective

Hero Realty set out to launch The Palatial, a landmark luxury tower in Gurugram. Since this was a Pre-RERA phase, the campaign needed to remain teaser-driven and aspirational, while also creating strong recall for the project’s prime location — Sector 104, Gurugram. The goal was to spark intrigue, establish a luxury identity, and capture early market attention.

The Idea

Phase 1 – There is More to 104

A custom elongated typography was designed for “104” to symbolize the tower’s extraordinary height, while also reinforcing the location — Sector 104, Gurugram. This created intrigue and made “104” more than just a number — it became an identity.

Phase 2 – There is a Palace in 104

The intrigue seamlessly transitioned into luxury positioning. By linking 104 directly with the project name, The Palatial, we elevated the message into a story of exclusivity, grandeur, and aspiration.
